So more than one Sally, huh? Our writer sounds like a bit of a Casanova, but a timid one. All good habits to have, but I kept all my bad ones too....

Re:

Oh dear Taps, now you really should go, even if you feel well, I hope you do not have to pay . You have knelt many times i suspect, so have I ,but it was on soft ground picking strawberries, so it was not so bad. Glad you liked the flower.

Re: Those primroses are lovely, salmon with a yellow edge, just right!

It would be hardly worth growing them Pat, they were reduced 20p. Originally 85p.

Re: Jay

Did he pay Jay or give you a free anus examination, we don't pay only by waiting forever for an op.

I am always on time for my doctor's appointment - which is why I always have to hang out there for a couple of hours, and take along my Kindle...And I love your poem about (or is it for?) Sally...

ChiffChaff

I learned that about cushions and kneeling as an altar boy and laying hardwood floors.

the poem Sally is precious and we can stay young for those we care for

and the advice from and yours to the Dr is great fun ...but oh that primrose is a sight for sore and tired eyes as the Snow storm rages here.

And I forgot to tell you how nice the primrose looks...It was worth the wait.

I once sent my Doctor a bill for the 45 minutes I had to wait after my appointment time. If he would pay it, I could afford to go see him again. Liked the poetry, but then I always do.

Those primroses are lovely, salmon with a yellow edge, just right!

And I agree, "please keep your appointments on time" ought to be on the wall with the others.

I love, love, love the primrose.
I hate to kneel anymore--it hurts to do that.
I have trouble forcing myself to keep doctor's appointments.  Skipped the last one because I really didn't see any need to go.  Doc hates for me to do that.

That was a fine poem! And the advice is excellent! As I tell folks who smoke don't quit quitting! The primrose is wonderful! I must plant some if I ever get into my house! LOL! I haven't heard a darn thing today and all I can say is so much for speeding up the process! I can't imagine how long it would take otherwise and I say that with tongue in cheek! sam

Some wise advice you got there...I like how the poem builds up.
