You would have trouble dragging me out of the house into that!! I am sure you handled it the right way.

Yes do join that handsome kitty cat! It is too cold to go traipsing around outside to get to some other place.

That's way too cold for an outing.  I'm glad you didn't go.

I think you made the right decision! And how lovely on the gift, too! sam

Probably a good call. Not only is it very cold, but the roads are icy too -not so much the highways, but any side streets you would have to take. And besides, Mr G. wouls bw all alone....

Kabu...I bet Graysome's little cat mind...

was saying something like "See, now you two can relax at home with me.  You know you're doing the right thing.".....

Better to side with caution, especially under the circumstances. Mr. Graysome knows what you need . . .

Definitely a wise decision! Being stuck on the road can be nasty, especially when it's cold...

We leave for Denver in the AM and the weathermen say stay home where you will be warm and out of the snow, but we will pay him no mind and head off bravely into the deep freeze of Wyoming's 8 hours of driving hell through snow and dell.

I think you are wise to stay at home as I pray for such wisdom to come.

Sorry I missed your post yesterday, but I have worried myself into a wart it seems.

Good sense prevails, I thought you would be absolutely crazy to motor all that way especially in this weather. It was an accident waiting to happen. Sometimes we have to think of our nearest loved ones and not do what other folk want or think they want,   they cannot always have what they want. Well I rarely get what I want.

Oh, yes, I'm happy now that the honeymoon in Camelot continues.

That will keep me warm on this frigid (but not as fridged as your Canadian version) day. Cozy toesies, snuggles and cuddles. So much sweeter than a snowdrift.
