Well Dear Kabu, I hope you guys stay warm and happy no matter where. I hardly ever see or talk to my little brother because he works all the time and we get along just fine, LOL..
Realizing that makes me miss him now; he was/is a good sport even when his Sis made him play girly stuff..

Look at it this way . . . if those early pioneers hadn't braved the cold and settled where they did, there may not have been a Canada. From what I understand, 90% of the Canadien population lives within 100 miles of the US-Canada border. I guess it's a bit warmer down this way! And as far as Wiley's family gathering, if you go, you should both do your damnest to make the best of it any way you can! Stay warm . . .

I must give professional advice, please read Wiley's comments. If you want to get out so badly nip into town and enjoy the evening. I think you might manage that with your car in the state it is.

Wear your warmest furs - it is COLD in that city right now!! But...it can be endured, when we dress right. In fact, it's even quite refreshing!
