That turned out beautifully love and I know all the work it took to paint it too, watching you create here in your stud, uh, living room.

Well to be sure dear lady it is a gnomes traffic lights I perceive. I don't suppose you have slate in your neck of the woods, you know they put it on roofs over here. Well did now they are sneaking asbestos tiles as replacements, I could have given you a stack of old slate tiles when you were deported for bribing old men with chocolates.

With that bright yellow, it could be spotted a mile away, almost like a beacon! Nice!

I spent a couple of Christmas times in Florida with family there and it didn't seem like Christmas at all even though there were decorations everywhere.  It seemed more like Fourth of July....grilling on the deck, swimming in the pool, jumping on the backyard trampoline, white sand yard.  LOL

Do these rocks hold on with all the weight? Just wondering....

Couple of years ago, it was a summer Christmas in NZ

but we had and Amerian style dinner anyway--hard to cook a whole turkey on a grill!

Your rocks are always just gorgeous Grandmummy.  How is Poppy feeling?  I'm so sad that his PTSD are playing him up, and I wish I could come to visit and cheer him up a bit.  But I believe that helping you with your lovely rocks is indeed excellent therapy for him.

If you have some free time, please oh pretty please would you email me your lamington recipe?  I'd like to make some for Mum and my Grammy and uncle for Christmas.

Love you.

Kabu

The project is really pretty. This has become a dual person endeavor. Love it. I know what you mean about upside down. We had 80 degree weather day before Thanksgiving and last night I went outside to see my Christmas tree George put in the yard and it was sleeting. Talk about weather that can't make up it's mind we have it.
