Re:

Oh dear Adnhor and I actually saw a lady today who I really kind of fancied a few years ago, sadly it was partly because she could type and looked mysterious. She stood by me in a shop today, ignoring me. So I said hello how are you, and she smiled and I could see she had improved teeth. Her voice was softer and sadder. When you start courting again never let a man look inside your mouth.

Dear me A.without the looking and without my psychiatrist at hand, I cannot honestly give you a true report, perhaps I did feel like this one day when it was written and then pop goes the weasel.

Re:

No Jay I cannot do it and I don't really think anyone can, there was once a great general who won a fierce battle, on being congratulated, he said he would rather have written a poem, but I cannot remember what the poem was. Ironically a couple of thousand men who died in the battle may have wished he had written the poem instead of taking them to war.

Re:

Yes Marrise I made some flowers into hearts but I could not get them past the blog site for some reason , I rarely tried to touch them up although I may cut the background.

A particularly lovely flower today. I got one of mine rejected from a site that liked me once trying to make it perfect by laboring over it too hard.  But that may not be your inclination, just an anecdote of mine.

I tried to write a perfect poem once, but there's always something, spelling, punctuation, spilled coffee that gets in the way, but if there is anyone who can do its you CCT, just be careful with the port...It can make a real mess on poem.

Good luck on the "perfect poems".   I've never managed any perfect ones, though there are a few of mine that I am really pleased with.

Once you have tasted the elixir of poetry, you cannot refuse it.

The slightest sip seduces. :)

Oh my - you were cruisin' for a bruisin' if you read that poem to a special lady, CCT! ANd once a poet, always a poet. You could retire maybe, but you would keep writing poetry. Every day to day thought of yours is in poetry, I believe.

CCT

As far as I am concerned, you can retire from anything you want - but you are not allowed to retire from writing poems!!! I just won't let you, and I know that there are others here on Blogit who agree with me!

I am not above uttering threats - I'll find something! For example, your authorities might be very interested in finding out that you're growing potatoes without a licence...
