In this case, I think lustorlove is right.  No one seems to make sense after they climb on the political bandwagon or step up on the political soapbox.

Yes but his 14 % was on money he already paid taxes on once. And his millions that he did pay meant that I had to none. As do 47 % of all Americans, pay nothing, and why...because of the rich. The rich pay over 80% of all income taxes. Perhaps we should just take it all...but then who would want to be rich and successful.

Now what I want to know is why we don't see your face on the tube? You could be running for President with your own darn Party, all females like you. Men have had enough time screwing things up.I'd vote for ya, well if I wasn't a Canuck.

Re: Well said, Annicita! I agree with every word..

well that is their choice...we can't and shouldn't control others...everybody has their right to their opinion and to voice it...we don't have to agree or vote according to what they think...vote on record, platform trusting your judgment and heart

and if anybody wants to ostracize me well that is their choice and will miss them...

Re:

im sorry but you are taking this personally and it is meant the republican party in general...the platform it puts out there....i was raised catholic...i am prochoice...no one has the right to tell me what to do with my body any more than i have the right to tell what to do with yours...also you should you freakonomics...it will be a real eye opener....as far as who obama hangs out with...matters not to me...

keep up the good work with charity...if more people (and yes i didn't say republicans) did this the country and world for that matter would be a much better place...

Everyone is pro-life. No one is pro-death.

I hate how language gets twisted and muddled to make someone sound good and someone else sound bad.

I agree, quality of the life 'saved' is more important than the biological process.

I agree wholeheartedly that every party has those that lack morals...As for me, I am not keen on either.

Well said, Annicita! I agree with every word..

I will just offer my experience though in writing truth based political posts here - some bloggers seemingly can't handle it and will ostracize your blogs. Others will attempt to give the impression you are the anti-Christ and/or idiotic. Just sharing what has happened to me on Blogit!

Oh yes, I almost forgot. As I recall the story of the good Samaritan, was a person, not a government. I believe this is what the story was about. It seems to me if we do not have the right as a citizen to take from our neighbors and give to someone else, then we cannot delegate that right to our government. Charity is an individual matter. It starts at home.

I am a Republican making 1000.00 dollars a month, so not rich. I am also a Mormon, like Mr. Romney. Perhaps you should read Mr. Obama's books. When he is speaking of Frank, he is speaking of Frank Marshall Davis. Frank was the mentor that Mr. Obama's grandfather introduced to young Barry, (President Obama). When I was a using drug addict I hung out with other drug addicts. Thieves, usually hang out with thieves. Perhaps you should google Mr. Davis and see who it is that our President chose to quote 12 times in "Dreams of my Father". The problem we, as Americans have with Mr. Obama is that the man, what he believes in, and what he has actively worked for his whole life is not what I would call the American dream, but just the opposite. Oh yeah, I also have a non profit business where I have containers set out at convenience stores for people to put their aluminum cans in which I turn in for cash which I then give to our local food bank. Close to $400.00 now. And while only making 1000 a month I find a way to donate 200 a month for local charities. As for abortion, did you know that there has been more abortions than all of America's war dead, and all of those killed on our nations highways since 1786 (the signing of the Constitution) and all of those killed in airplane crashes...Combined, and that the largest portion of this is happening in the African American neighborhoods. Just a few things I thought I would put out there. Yet I agree that most Americans have no idea what their so called party stands for, or what their so called President stands for. Good post today.
