What a great photo.  If you took it you have a really good eye for photography.  I hope they get your fires under control soon.  I'm enjoying your writings about your search for the right house for you.  I'm so glad I'm not the one searching.  LOL

Dont give up on condos and not all associations are that dictating. and they mow the lawns and sometimes you can get one with water and trash included with the price  also a nice mobile home would be more than half the price of a house.  After seeing that show the other night I see how expensive the houses are in Boise almost as bad as Cali.

Well that solves one problem Sam. I hope you can move from a smokey zone, I know it is not permanent ,but very anoying and some may be thinking of moving when the problem eases.

It is better to find about the mold now than later.

Beautiful pic :)  I know how it is to be let down about a house that you were stoked about, but you'll find your new home and it will be wonderful.

Mold a definite No. that is a great way to shorten your life and it never

really goes away. Hmnn back to looking but at least the games can help you forget your woes. sniff...no hockey to relieve our evenings up here unfortunately.

Mold...

Just about the worst thing, no easy solution. Smokey here today, sun is weak and I want to do stuff outside but have to keep reminding myself that I do have asthma and don't want it to kick up.

I have seen and heard of mold ruining many real estate deals. I'm glad that it was discovered before it was too late...I'm hoping my Ravens do not play an exciting football game against the Patriots.

It truly was a game for those of a defensive mind. What it showed to me is what I already knew, the coach of BYU has a thinking problem. All of the football world knew that Boise State had no field goal kicker. With the defences playing the way they were, overtime would surely have been in the favor of BYU, so what does numb bum do, instead of tying the game up with the point after, he goes for two against a defence they had not been able to move the ball against all night...Brilliant...Go Boise State.
