I talked to the instructor afterward and told her that I only did about 50% of the poses and she said that is really good for my first class.  It advertises as being for anyone that doesn't have medical conditions, but it is really intense.

beyond me dear I would have ended being carted out feet first..LOL

but good for you you will soon be slim trim and terrific but make sure that you drink water and keep hydrated.

Yoga is not only good to squeeze into a cutsey costume..altho' that's cool too; yoga is excellent as a stress reliever!
