I love it when you write like this. Glad to see you back. I discovered "John Gilpin" when I was very young and always enjoyed reading William Cowper in spite of his mental and emotional state.

It was a joy to come back home to Blogit and here you are and I enjoyed
this post so much. I find it difficult at times to understand some of these old masters....lets face it, I write about Gnomes!!!!! but you bring their work to life and so keep writing here dear friend.

It's good to catch up with you again my Bro! I must tell you that Thursday, USA time, will be my last day on Blogit! My soldier son is getting married this time next year and I have a lot of expenses to cover and so I have to sacrifice Blogit and my daily newspaper to ensure I can pay for the rehearsal dinner! There are many more expenses but if I can get a house purchased in the next few months I should be able to recapture 11% of my income and that will be enough to fulfill my obligations! I was entertaining thoughts of returning in August 2013 but I will have to see how things go! Until we meet up again take care and may the Lord bless you immensely my Bro! Shelly

Geeez! I will make sure and stay away from Cowper , my prince of the hot sands, ... I do not need any more depression around me loll but your depiction of him as always gave me a good perception of what he was like. I have missed you my friend. Best regards to your family. xoxoxo
