The plant is so graceful in the tub, the white flowers are so pretty.

I wouldn't touch it while it's blooming though, since it's perrenial -- I'd wait until it's dormant so the move won't be a shock.

Are your half barrels draining properly? I think CC is right about putting them in the ground if they can take the winters up there.

Is that what we call bridal wreathe, now look at the plant Kabu you will see it is blooming on last years growth so don't chop this years wood off, lightly trim the old branches until it gets stronger. It would probably be better in the ground if you mean to leave it outside in the tub.
