I loved all of this. These flowers are beautiful. Some people are too honest for their own good I believe. They must remember who is taking score. Put away the pain killers and go back for the red badge I say to your brother in law. Be blessed and have a good week end.

I have a friend who lost his leg and wears a prosthetic leg and he has a handicap parking permit. One day he parked in the handicap parking and a lady fallowed him into the store and began to yell at him, "imagine a strong and fit young man like you taking that space when there are those who really need it" she went on, but just before she could say any more he plopped his leg off a placed it on the counter and asked if this was disabled enough for her.I think she is still apologising.

I liked all three poems! This was a huge post, but a great read, too! It is uncanny where one will find an honest person when it's least expected! On the parking, alas, honesty always gets one into trouble when it comes to those who make the decisions! I had a SIL who used her deceased husband's parking sticker, even forged his name to get another year out of it! She should have been busted for it! The last time the paperwork came in, I simply discarded it! LOL, that was comical for me, too!
I am doing a bit better because I have found the energy to get out and try to catch up on blogs but was so surprised to find that I haven't been around for quite a few days! It may take some time but I hope to catch up on everyone who stopped in to see me! I thank you for your visits! I am getting a better handle on the medication but it makes me so sleepy so much of the time! I have been posting at night in hopes of reading afterward but the sleepiness overtakes me! But tonight I decided I will see if I can't rise above the side effects and see what's been going on on Blogit! Thanks for stopping in to see me, it meant a great deal to me! sam

My doctor is willing to give me one of those handicapped signs because of my sometimes debilitating pain in my back. I refuse because on those days I don't drive and know that others need the space.
Your flower today is stunning! The poetry holds moments of love.

I know people in Sydney who bullied and blackmailed Dr.'s until they got themselves a disabled sticker. and they didn't need it. Love the poems of course. keep writing.

Traffic wardens only keep a semblance of order as long
as the vast majority of drivers and walkers agree to respect the signs and the yellow lines in the center of the road. If just one fails to observe the protocol, it's chaos.
Something about your poetry gets me composing some. I think I like that. :)

The first part of this poem is idealistic and sensual, subtle and supple. The second part injects a dose of reality, I really enjoyed the two poems and the way that they compliment each other.

In Maryland I know of few people who have lost their licenses. When I see some of the motorists on the road, I wonder how in the world they stay driving on the roads...Part 2 added a lot to the poem...The truth comes out in unususal situations, I find.
