I'm afraid I choose to delete them. I'm not one to collect 4,872 facebood friends. Also, I delete "Linked In" requests immediately. I'm afraid I did give pause recently to a "Linked In" invitation when I received one from our Muser from the Blogit archives, but I deleted so I wouldn't be tempted to get involved in that. Winding down is more my style these days.

don't friend...who needs to tick the box that says trouble.
I just don't do face book and the more I read the more determined I am that I will NOT.

I never answer those requests, it seems kinder not to realise what it is they really want. One cannot just knock up friendship like a plum duff , sometimes we really don't like people for a start and then we kind of meld. To have known and feel dubious is a non starter.

No - No - and NO! Ignore request. I made the mistake of accepting a very similar person out of sympathy..or maybe because I didn't want her to think I was leaving her out...whatever. She kept my FB so busy I had to hunt for my children's notes!!!! I ended up telling her my time was short, I save most of it for my family, and having to 'unfriend' her. It was difficult - and hurt more, I'm sure, but sanity must prevail!! Now I just ignore friend requests unless I relly want them.
