Re: Re: Taps

I can picture the hawk tearing me to pieces with his sharp talons and wiked beak, just as you say.

CCT

Wonderful other-species whimsy, and 'Another day another Dolly' is exquisite...

I find it interesting to watch spiders and all sorts of animals. I liked the imagery in the love poem and am really liking the flowers as well.

A poem to bring a smile, another to bring a tear. Well done, C.C. And now I'll spend the rest of the day picturing dancing pink elephants in bras and curls...

Re: Pat

Pat we all stagger about here going ouch! ouch! It always happens  at the start of the Gardening season. We get over it eventually and swear never to be so foolish again, well I do. I must confess that sometimes if I see an insect in a web I get a twig and gently free the victim.

Re: Taps

In answer to your question Taps, you would not last long, a Hawk would soon put paid to your little frolics. The flowers have green petals in part, a bit of a job just see against the leaves and I was in a hurry to take the photos as it was raining.

Re: SAM

Hi Sam yes life is easier when using or carving up rewrites, the flower is rather unusual it is a job to see the petals on the outside are green, see you later.

Re: Kabu

Kabu you are very naughty, I was feeling guilty for having to pack  more soil round my tunnel, it appears it's all your fault you keep sending work vibes around the planet. No I did not look at picture I do not like to see things being tortured. Not even a little mouse for they have little families to look after and their little squeaks are probably heard. I can't go on. As the devil asked the lame man, "have you got a hump?' "No said the lame man," "you can have this one," said the devil.

did you see my post about the Spider in Australia that ate the snake?

I am aching everywhere tonight and limping with a sore knee. But today I broke my promises and carried some rocks and ...and...but pills taken!

Chiff.Chaff.

You've got a lot going on in that zoo it seems, thought I saw the spider in one of your beautiful flowers actually, I wouln't care to be stuck in that web goo either, bit of a sticky wicket I'd say.

Hi .. Your flower today is unusual, what is it's name? The poem is touching .. being thought of as a rainbow in someone's life would be indeed special!

What a dynamic close on the poem! I was intrigued by your flower today, so many different things to take in! sam

I love watching the birds and sometimes envy them flying around, but then I think, "What if I were a bird with motion sickness, or with acrophobia?"
I must say those are strange looking flowers.  I think they are not my favorites, but very interesting.

I do not know if it is the spider with a bad leg, or if Chiff Chaff

is dealing with such. But I do get the dizzies thinking about being centered in a web that vibrates from the wind or from a horsefly trying to separate his feet from its glue...
