I know that sad empty feeling of trying to get through that first Christmas, not fun. I never did have those olives, I just like the boring stuffed ones. Keep well luv.

And aren'yt they just the best in the World!!! used to get them in bulk

from a Greek supplier in Sydney, big as plums. YUM!!

Pat I am going to be wicked buy a jar of those Olives and reconstruct the scene before you jumped over the broomstick. Yummy.

I don't recall my first encounter with Kalamata olives, I just know that it was under far less interesting, though probably not unpleasant circumstances...

What a fun read.  You hooked me at the beginning.  I only buy calamatas for special occasions because when they are here I can't leave them alone.  But, I don't think I've ever eaten calamatas in bed...not that I can recall.
