How good to have pet (chipmunks?)  I have loved the little creatures on my walks.

Hoe cool to have daffodils in bloom! I have been reading a lot at BHG and their unending array of outdoor ideas! Loved the conversation, too! sam

Would be interesting to know what the trees and animals have to say about human beings!

Spring has been nightmarishly freaky here. We did not have a hard freeze or snow this winter, so the pollen count is the highest on record. Everyone I know is very sick with allergies. Even my granddaughter, who has never had allergies, has suddenly developed an allergy to dandelions. However, my lilacs and irises are beautiful!

Kabu

Down here it was great as well! And the dandelions are out...

Isn't spring wonderful.   Son #3 has a peach tree just loaded with grape-sized peaches.  I sure hope no freeze or hail gets them as he would be so disappointed.  He and Phil are on a little fun trip this week to the Grand Season Opening of Silver Dollar City down at Branson and camped by Table Rock Lake.  They wanted me to go along, but I'm so glad I didn't.  I like my soft warm bed and my birds that come and sing for me every morn.

Kabu..

It sounds like Scrappy is very aptly named.....spring is definitely in the driver's seat weatherwise now...some cool nights this week, but the days looked like charmers....

Lucky to have daffodils... ours are long since gone.

We're having our early spring temps this week, after record highs the first week of April.

As for Scrappy with the half-tail, if he managed to survive a close encounter with Mr. G. he's got to be a toughie. Too bad he can't grow another.

Kabu

I am so glad it is getting warmer so you can be in your lovely yard having lots of fun. It will soon be in full bloom and dancing all about with the breeze. I can just see you working away. Don't over do....

I imagine that is what those plants would say.

Hi Kabu, you have remarkable hearing, or you are very supple., I can never make out what those plants are saying, I do hear them scream if I approach with the mower, so this year I have raised the cutter bar and they seem to shout thanks as I pass over them.

I am glad it is getting warmer for you, we still have frosts but they are only light at the moment, I am glad the beasties have survived.

Kabboomerang!!!

A great 'tail'  but illegal in Canada. Why you ask? Because of the chipmunk's inability to speak French. Now c'mon outside and finish the workload out there.
