Weight comes on easier with age for sure; less calories and exercise assist.  Blaming it on tablets may be best if it is not a real problem though.  Wit and humor are things I like! Glad the aunt's lot in life improved. I always thought more cash might help me although it is not one of the higher things in life.

People put on weight due to different reasons, not always as a result of eating! Thanks for your visit!

Re: As part of the "green" movement here, many people put

Pat I don't think we have many mosquitoes here, but we get a lot of little wiggly creatures in the water which turned into gnats, I have noticed that the prices for the buts has shot up , of course that is natural due to the increase in oil prices. Actually it is going to be a darned nuisance having to cart water around we will be able to use the tap

but only to fill watering cans etc,. I can just about stagger around with 6 gallons of water ,three gallons in each hand.

Re:

Taps most rhymes were really disguised occurrences very often religious in origin or events that were happening.  Ring a ring of roses, refers to the plague of London, etc.

I  think the little girls' rhymes were probably more innocent.

Y Mrs. Sun’s small dianthus just starting, greening and budding up and these soup cups at home have in common hope for more. And the Lenten buffets, including ziti lasagna meet my expectations like flower buds sir.  BC-A, Bill’s R®st

What a witty, cute poem.  I loved it.
Your comments in the other part made me think of my childhood nursery rhymes book and the Jack Sprat ditty.   I really didn't understand it then, but to me in my adulthood it sounds as if it is the problem that you are talking about.

As part of the "green" movement here, many people put

barrels under the downspouts of rain gutters. They have lids to keep mosquitoes from breeding in them, and a spout at the bottom for connecting to a hose, so the water can be conserved for watering the yard. They sell for about $50 or so at the big home supply stores.
