Re:

Sam I wonder what coverage humans would wear if the skin was transparent. I would guess right up to the lips , Sadly witty stuff is not in vogue. I will try and remember Arthur's famous poem if I can get him to repeat the original

I can relate to not thinking about someone being transparent when it would be nice otherewise! And, I loved it that he was writing witty stuff and chuckling because I have been known to do that myself! lol sam

Re: Which is why many invitations request

Pat there are lots of things one would not really wish to buy online and yet the most important thing for some reason belies this supposition, I suppose probably the variety. As this is in abundance I suppose most think, right that person has similar interests to me and is really attractive looking. Though probably the photograph was taken 10 years ago on a good day. I hope you find the man of your dreams, you will if you wish to do so, but if you do not really wish to, just dream on and be happy.

A very nice gesture Ray, but I hope that you will eventually get that op and keep it for a long time. It is nice to feel that you are around.

Re:

Taps well of course I never make conversation if there are people queueing up behind me

Arthur joining us is as likely as winning the jackpot, he is busy tying flies for trout fishing he has converted the club into using barb-less hooks which hopefully will not damage the fish and they can be put back into the lake, he is a bit softhearted and will not kill a fly or any little creature if it gets in the window  he will trap it with a jar and set it free.

Re:

Marrise money talks, but I don't know if it brings happiness, it is nice to have earned it oneself.

There may be more interpretations of romance than I guessed.  At least those two are in the ballpark.  Liked the moving impressions of the poem.

Since store checkers and waitresses are usually tangential, I don't really enjoy them getting too personal with their comments or questions.  How about a little speed instead of so much conversation.

Will Arthur ever join us on Blogit?

Which is why many invitations request

the pleasure of your company... and not access to your credit card. I almost never regret my decision to avoid dating. If I ever find a boyfriend, it will be through a chance encounter in some place I enjoy being, like the library. It will not be through an online dating service, and the ordinary lies that pop up.
