Does anyone ever completely grow up?  I have come to doubt it.  It sounds like a wonderful visit!

It is amazing just how fast everyone grows up.

It is wonderful when these moments of life we share become bonds, a touching experience.

What great memories you shared...........I, too, saw the Titanic show and the movie, itself, and it was a very memorable experience. Those moments shared with your little grandson I would consider them as your "stored up treasures" in Heaven.

The experience of a child remains a part of his, or her life forever. It is just tragically pitiful that all children are not afforded such an experience as you gave this young man. What satisfaction you exude in this post. Kudos to you.

How nice Kabu, a delightful memory, one to go down in history, I bet he will tell that tale to his grandchildren.

Sometimes those relationships can be deeper than blood so to speak! I think you made a very positive impact on his life! How refreshing, too! sam

How very beautiful for the pair of you love and I'm so happy you could do that.

No, my sweet Grandmummy...He is NOT your step-Grandson.  You love each other in a most special way, and that makes him YOUR grandson.  What a gentle young man you helped to raise.

Just that one unusual experience of safety with you that he felt at age 11

created a beautiful lifetime bond.

Wonderful story. How sweet to know he treasures your

experiences together, too.

Kabu

Darling that is the most beautiful story. It is beyond me how a son and daughter in law can drop you when you are simply a bundle of love. God bless you!
