Happy Family Day!  What a great holiday!  And what wonderful family news you shared with us!  I have mixed feelings about your weather news.....I would actually love to see some snow because I like to see some to make me know I've had a winter - plus it's beautiful - but I have to say the mid-60's we had today was beautiful and I know the 70's forecast for tomorrow will feel great....

Son is like Mama he is smart, direct and on target. Great for the son and his family plus Mama. I tend to think mama had something to do with instillig in him this hunger for his own success. Happy family day. Love you dear lady. Tell Wiley I am so happy about his sister.  2 U both!!!

Kabuiepie!!!!!!!

A lovely post and that creativity with the photo is excellent love. It will soon be spring, April isn't too far away but March can be a bummer remember.

Congratulations to your son! A big smile and WOOHOO! It is tough with a young family but he did it! And that is great news on Wiley's sister, poor thing had such a rough go of it! It is getting close to spring with about a month to go! I can't wait! A big smile back to you, too!  sam

When I was a schoolkid we celebrated

Washington's birthday and Lincoln's -- no day off, but it was a time we all cut out construction paper axes for George to cut the cherry tree and never tell a lie. There'd be a log cabin, or a shiny penny for Mr. Lincoln who walked 8 miles to return a few cents to a customer he'd accidentally shortchanged.

I like your family day celebration, especially the good news about your brilliant son and Wiley's recovering sister. I know that's been a worry for him... Love the photo -- either a smoky sunrise or a copper moonset... nice!

I like

Happy Family Day,, it sounds much better to me than saying "Happy Presidents Day" which is what we are supposedly celebrating here today. However,. quite Frankly,,, I think they should do away with it completely,,, seeing as how we have actually only had a few really great presidents. But, lol, we all have our own opinions and I am sure mine probably wouldn't be appreciated by a certain sector.
