I refuse to grow old inside this wrinkly skin! and I agree about laughter

especially at the aches and pains. I make jokes about where I have arthritis settled in for the ride, comparing them to what other people suffer. It helps keep everything in perspective. I always enjoy everything that you write dear friend.

Yeah, we're all gettin' old!

I always liked the exchange between the character Archie Bunker and very elderly gentleman Edith brought home one day who was full of advice. When it came time for him to leave, he turned to Archie and said "I'm going to leave you with some advice my father passed on to me. He said, Son, never grow old!" Confused, Archie finally asked "What the hell does that mean?" Without missing a beat, the senior replied "You'll find out!"
