I remember putting a little candy heart in each one, except for Brabra Land, who always got two.

I loved it when I was in elementary school, too! Then it was even more fun for me as my children got involved! They made their own boxes for the cards to be put into and it amazed me how individual they were and so reflective of their personalities! And I am with you I don't remember any of them just the joy they brought! Also, on another note my Reds Wings go for the NHL record of 21 consecutive wins at home tonight! I am on pins and needles hoping they do it! sam

I loved Valentines Day in elementary school, though, of course, at that time there was no such thing as a Baggie.  I don't think there was even plastic.  We used old newspapers for everything and there was waxed paper.  We decorated for the holidays with crepe paper.  Good memories.

FSI

I've never celebrated Valentine's day but instead carried the sharing of love on a daily basis........
