I worked in a medical supply company for many years and I once had the opportunity to listen to a repairman talking to an older gentalman who was having problems with his oxygen concentrator.He had been on the phone with this man for some time when he asked the customer if he could see the little red button on the back of the machine. Yes said the customer. That's great said the repairman...now press the red button and run like hell.
