You know it has benefits, if I remember correctly, you begin to feel better very soon after drinking it. However, there is a period of really bad if you over indulge. It has been years so one cannot consider this good data, just the way I remember it. I am so glad you are home again and writing these fun posts.

I wonder if Dr. Oz has heard about this investigation.

I seem to remember his recommendation for red wine in moderation sometime last week.
