With your talent for bringing characters alive in a story, I can imagine how great the story will be; you already know these characters intimately. Yea for Matt!! What an exciting job choice!

Sounds like a very creative approach to me.....and should be interesting for you to unravel some insights you may not have yet stumbled across.  Isn't it fascinating that no matter how long we deal with them, the effects from our childhoods seem to keep echoing throughout our lives (and those of our parents).....and we relate to one another through sharing these echos.  Thank Matt for me.

I still remember being a rooky and that first haircut even a 6 penny bribe made no difference. People surmise what the past was like it would be interesting to relive it.

good luck and much stamina to Matt!

And I wonder if your memoir of your mother and father might not make a powerful play...?

I have had so much fun re-writing my father's book, seemed like I got to know him better and I wish you all joy in the world writing about your mum. Looking forward to it.

perhaps it will heal you too if you can let her live the life she thought

that she would, a life that perhaps would have shown the lovely girl who was so tragically killed off with heartbeak and poverty.

Thinking about your heavenly tale, I forgot all about wishing your grandson Matt the very best, but I am doing it now!
