That eshopping sounds delightful in it's own way whether the weather is frightful or not!

Kabu

No snow this winter love. Too much heat wafting up here from the Republican debates where Obama's name comes up more than any of the debaters. LOL I don't want snow until I assemble that garden shed or get it covered under plastic on the skid.

A clear conscience is a wonderful thing to have.

Sounds like a nice day, and I am so glad the g-men are not coming for you, but I am a little sorry you forgot your joke...maybe Wiley will have one for me.

Kabu

No snow yet? Tsk, tsk, tsk! Tell you what - you can have all of our's too, once it gets here...

I am sure you will get your snow! If it were me I would say hold off as long as possible! I do a lot of shopping on line for Christmas, too! I like the fact that it's not picked over! And I try to support the local businesses too; expecially if they have a great coupon and sale! I got my daughter a $60 dollar silver necklace from Pennys for $10 thanks to a sale and a $10 coupon! It's so adorable, it says "If daughters were flowers I'd pick you" and it has a rose etched on the back! I love how you are resigned to be Mr. Graysome servant as it were! The cat will rule the roost! Enjoy your outing, too! sam

Don't fret, Kabu -- it's not even officially winter yet.

You'll be making snow angels to your heart's content in short order. Something great happened today, and I have to share it with you. My baby brother emailed me with advice about how to manage the medical stuff. He wrote that he's had Atrial Fib for many years. What's so great about this is that he's never before written me a letter or an email about anything. We're not mad or unhappy with each other -- he's just a guy who lets our sis handle the communications. Pity, too, because he's literate and humorous... I was so surprised and happy to hear from him.

I'll be happy to send some of the snow we've had here. There are four to

12 inches of the stuff, depending on where wind blows it.

Kabu, the prevailing winds so far this late fall/early winter

seem to be different from last year...by this time last year you had received a few snowstorms and so had we, but so far this year, like you, all we've received is an inch or two at the most...the major snows are missing us and skimming further east, along the coast, thanks to either El Nino or El Nina...they are telling us here that another major storm is due Thursday, but it will be heavy rain, not snow.....
