Neigborood chats are good unless you run into someone so eager to
bend your ear, they never pause to take a breath. This, then, is far from being a 'conversation'.

I think happiness has a lot to do with how we interact, too! Good for you to notice this and more importantly to embrace it! sam

It's kind of a natural transition; when we fell better about ourselves we feel more comfortable letting people in.  We become more "plugged-in" to the world in general.

FSI, yes I'm sure your job has a lot to do with the "icebreaking"...
I never thought I'd see the day I'd be a Customer Service Rep. in a busy insurance brokerage either, but you have to talk in a place like that, both business talk and just "chewing the fat"...

This occurs to me before. And the same change happened to me, happened on me too. And yes, the happy feeling does whelm up when you're able to interact with people around you. It's just wonderful
