We hear children crying, and don't know how to respond
We are afraid of offending adults more than determined to defend children--but not every heart-rending weeping is a sure sign of abuse or outrage. It is complicated.

I guess you can never tell if the cry is from tragedy or frustration. You capture a scene and a moment beautifully
