Everyone deserves a break and some fun in life.  You look slim in your pictures like you can have a good day out. The Renavive has been working really good for my kidney stones and kidneys.

I know that delightful feeling of being stuffed but wholly satisfied! And I loved the retail therapy, KUDOS! sam

Diets are a brave thing. . . and so easy to break.  Given I occasionally (very occasionally I should say) have bad symptoms associated with gluten intolerance, my sister has challenged me to go on a gluten-free diet for two weeks.  But I don't know that I'm ready for that.  Rice bread is so brutal!

Comment on Our day away
With my heart condition I understand the nature and the value of the diet(groan)….And the beauty of escaping it once in a while. J

Slipping off the beaten track now and then can help keep us on it!

I hope weight watchers includes yogurt in its diet.
Plain yogurt (unsweetened) is filling & not fattening when  you select the fat-free variety. ...just the thing when you're feeling hungry.

Nothing ever improves my appetite like the idea
of being on a diet. Once that idea hits my brain all of a sudden all I want to do is eat. I think the only way I'll ever be able to get healthier is to think of potato chips and ice cream as poisons waiting to attack my arteries. And even then....

I am sure there is something good about a diet because so many people are trying it, it's just that I can never get through the darn things...I tell my wife I'll work it off.

Kabu
Such fun... back on the diet. I am doing one of those now. They just make me crave icecream in any shape, form or flavor. Love, j & g
