I wish you all the luck I can muster! I need to lose 10 pounds myself, but my problem is eating enough to get the metabolism going! sam

I wish you willpower Kabu from one has just sinned and has eaten two bananas for breakfast as I have too many and they will go soggy. Stop eating sweets.

thats the problem with those programs they work for a while then you gain the weight back because you tired of their food.  I Agree it does feel better but I will probably just stay the same and I am doing Curves still

You, and Wiley can do it, Kabu Ten pounds doesn't seem like much, but, I do know how stubborn those last pounds can be going and staying away.  Been there...done that

It's not the weight that abuses your body...

so much as it is the see-saw ups and downs that play heck with blood pressure and all. I woulda thunk it would be simple to lose a bit during salad season, but I thunk wrong...

Well good luck Kabu! I think in the spring and summer we can let our hair down, and in the winter we get our minds and bodies back in shape for the next round. Good for you with only 10 pounds! I have another 20 pounds or so..too many reese cups!

Good luck. I know on my small frame, 10 lbs. is a little too much and I am really in the same boat. I need to lose that same amount, too.  And usually, I gain it more in the winter but it seems to be creeping up on me year round, now!

Well, I for one have totally gone for elastic waists in my jeans, slacks, skirts, and use them with over-blouses and jacket tops, and definitely low-heeled shoes.  If anyone doesn't like it...who cares?  High fashion is fun for the young.  Comfort should reign among the septuagenarians, I say.  (of course you aren't anywhere near that yet)
