Yes, I feel I am the body, but there is something inside me which remains as vigorous as ever independent of age. That is the real me. It is due to our being non-aware that we miss out on the 'real life'. Thank you so much, Shelly.

I found the example with the moon and sun to be very poignant! I believe we get to attached to the physical being and miss out on the 'real life' of existence! sam
