I wish I could take you out to dinner and comparing notes of interest over Peza do Rei Blanco (2009) paired with grilled halibut stuffed with crab.
"This light yellow colored white blend from Spain opens with a wet stone, mild green melon, and gentle lime bouquet. On the palate, this wine is a tasty mild mineral infused green pear. The finish is dry, elegant, and refreshing. and is very versatile and food friendly."
