The sad thing is Malcolm perfection has been sacrificed for necessity somewhat. Watch people buying flowers at a market stall invariably they walk away and sniff them. Glazed expression. I am trying for older varieties now that do have that subtle reminder of something different. Eventually it will become a trend, I'm sure.

Justi it feels Heavenly this morning a nice rain overnight and no pots to water, the trouble is I have this dilemma as each new pink comes out I have to decide,do I want another, how many cuttings shall I take. What Am I going to do with last years plants which will have masses of flowers. I have a weeny little greenhouse, I might just fill that with scented blooms, why are you not next door I could just toss my surplus over the fence.

It must be heavenly to be with these beautiful things day in and day out. I know it requires a lot of work but the are so beautiful and must smell heavenly too.
