I'm the same way...
I don't believe I am attractive or smart when people tell me I am. It's partly because of the way I was raised. My grades were never quite good enough for my mother, and my peers in school always said I dressed unfashionably and I was NEVER part of the "IN" crowd. Of course, now I am glad I wasn't part of their crowd, for they were fair-weathered friends. MY friends are still there for me to this day whenever I need them! :)
I'm surprised to hear you are on Facebook, for some reason. Dunno why. hehe Just so used to "seeing" you only here on Blogit, I guess.

Just show that YOU believe in them...so many men put a woman down
and have to be seen as more clever, brighter and larger than life, than their women...it wears away at the female ego that plus conditioning from birth that you are only a girl.
