I am sorry dear one....yes go see the Dr. There is nothing wrong with a
happy pill and I don't care what anyone says. Sometimes life sucks and since nobody knows what we feel like or what we have been through and continue to go through but ourselves, then it isn't their dang business.

you know when life sucks like that and you need something to let go of the tension.....my fave movie to watch cuz it makes me laugh so hard and think about how lucky i am is Nothin To Lose....man oh man ....just get some videos to make you laugh and make sure you keep getting solitude time....it really makes a difference

Even though it isn't a pleasant feeling, we are all allowed to go that way now & then, Pat_B. It's when one wishes there was a punching bag handy.....You need a change of scenery. The walk sounds good, a start at least, but maybe you need more? A mini-vacation?
