So sorry to hear that you are not feeling well
I hope you are feeling better soon.
If it is mostly a headache that is bothering you, what seems to help me if you want to try is lying in a completely dark room (cup your hands over your eyes if you have to) with your eyes open and just stare into the darkness and let your eyelids relax. Just let them relax until they fully close and you fall asleep.
If I can fall asleep this way, most of the time I wake up 100% pain free.

i saw our community garden all ploughed up for the first time yesterday...
i'm paranoid about subjecting my sin to the suns uv rays but i've lotion and a hat and can wait til after 4... it surely would burn some calories!!! here's to yer health!
