Maybe somehow she should blog
if not for big numbers of readers but for herself, just getting this story down somehow as it goes through her head, no matter how rough, for the editing can come later. That way something's down, and all that goes through her mind now is not lost.
It's also a kind of rock that's there while she is holding on to everything else.
