YOu know T, my grandmama used to say that when one gets to the end of ones rope the best thing to do is to tie a knot and hang on... I think you are being way too hard on yourself... Relax and look at all you have accomplished instead than concentrating in what you have not done yet... Give yourself a pat in the back and say : Hey, I AM a strong person and beautiful just the way I am now... Iif what YOU want is to be slimer then tell yourself: I AM going to conquer this loosing weight business by just eating what I need and not depriving myself... smaller portions, that is the ticket and of course excercise... walking is the best. You can do it sweetie... slow and steady is the answer, not fast and tremendous... Good luck !

it is so tough....I think that I need to really start to exercise
I declare i am blowing up like a balloon and like you I fell rather unwell and not happy in my clothes or anything.
