I need my naps! at any age. This past weekend, I overdid on pushing myself. This week will be crazy as well. Oh, how I miss those days of nap time!

I found out how pleasurable naps could be when I started, now and then, lying down with my grandbabies to help get them to nap.  That was twenty years ago.  Now I don't need a grandbaby to get me to a nappy place.

I think a 15 minute nap does wonders too but then most probably as you age you would crave it FSI.

My dad took a 1 hour nap during wheat harvest. My mom napped a lot. I used to nap more, but since I've changed my diet I am not tired most of the time. :)

I have to say
that sometimes I need to close my eyes fr a few minutes just to refresh them after long periods looking at the screen - these minutes can run to an hour or more and sometimes in the middle of the day but I really do feel much better afterwards

FormerStudentIntern

' A teacher in middle school gave us nap time. They let him go. But I disagree because I joined the Latin Club with his inspiration. But then he left. It all stopped. BC-A, Bill’s R®st
