Here is to hoping that Wiley feels better!

Kabu, we got our share out of that same storm.....

22c.m. total (roughly a foot, which for us is a lot....)...and I couldn't shovel yesterday due to my sore shoulder/chest area on my right side where they removed the spot...

Drive safe and stay warm.....

Yes take it easy Kabu, poor old Wiley must be getting fed up with being poked around, but it is for his own good. A good job you have reliable transport. Be lucky

Hi Mama and PapaJ: Just making sure you're doing all right. Just read the blog and looks like I'm up to speed with Papa and his operation. Please give him a hug from me and know that I'm sending some prayers your way for a speedy recovery.

I haven't been getting many emails from the usuals and wondered if something's down on my end, so communicating with you here. Sending hugs and love to you both.

Bon Chance about the snowplowing in the driveway,
and a wish for clear roads and a safe journey. We know Wiley's going to be even more feisty and fun with the mineral deposits removed from the bladder...

Kabu
Hope you're having some fun in Ottawa as well, beside the 'official' duties...And I love this picture of your cosy home, and all your artwork! But be careful of that skunk...

That's a beautiful picture! The winter is mild in my part of the world so I enjoy seeing the snowy white landscape but reading the posts here i realize life is not easy in snow bound areas......all in the game!

A charming house with a nice deck.  Hope the snowblower comes and you can reach your appointments with no concerns.  ( I like yellow houses, always have.)   Was that you out there making snow angels?  If you have any interest, there are products on the Internet that can keep the kidney stones in a constant state of being broken up.  I have to take one everyday now, although 2 are recommended.  They hurt some, but not like the alternatives.  The name is Renavive and can be located with a search.

I will be driving through snow country the next 2 days. But the forcast is cold and sunny and the roads are dry. I really wanted to go through Palm Springs again, but it's 500 miles more and hubby wants me home.
