Grandchildren make great stories to be told I think Kabu, how cute they are.

It's amazing how fast they grow up. Seeing some of the kids that were babies a a decade or so ago, I have a bit of an idea what my parents were thinking.

It's a good time of year to stay indoors and write.  Except, I think that my few trips out in the weather have frozen my brain.  The words are stuck inside of it.

Oh, Grandmummy...If I had the money to give you to bring him to Canada to visit with you, you know I would give-not loan it to you.  I know he misses his Nan.  What a lovely young man he must be.  One day, he'll come to you.  I just know he will!...

Kabu
That is so wonderful. Grandchildren are so wonderful. Those grandsons are something else again. They are just like the sons they grab a special portion of Gangans heart. I am so glad you were able to chat with him. That was a blessing.

Children grow up
no matter how much we try to stop them.

Kabu, the weather really doesn't offer any incentives to go out....
its sunny here today, but with the windchill its too cold to attempt a walk once again..grrr...if this keeps up I will have to resort to the WII stepper.....

Such a wonderful connection with your grandson, Kabu.  Most teenage boys wouldn't give adults the time of day - and it sounds as if he gave you MUCH MORE!  Mal

It's quite a thing when a grandson's voice changes...
funky and great all at once. Too cool!

sounds
like a wonderful way to spend a few minutes, they grow up so fast, when i first saw my first grandchild as an adult, it brought lots of tears to my eyes, as did seeing the second, lol my first was a boy, my second a girl, but all of them are so very special, and now i am a great grandmaw, now that does bring the tears but the pride in his eyes and seeing him hold that 10 minute old baby wow, no words to describe that
