I am with you 100%, you can do it. I did it many years ago and I totally support you. It is a wonderful freedom. Be blessed in this effort sweetie.

I know you can do it, and you certainly have my support! I quit some years ago, and it's the best thing I ever did for myself! I discovered flavor again, and lovely scents, and in time I felt healthy and started running, doing Marathons (real ones, 26 miles and change).
A team of wild horses wouldn't be able to drag me back to that filthy habit...

You can do it.
IN fact, we'll probaby be in it together -- I'm bac on the wagon myself, eating nicotine lozenges when the craving strikes. The hell of it was, I quit for four months earlier last year and started again.
This time I'm done. Damn it.
Hang in there!

I've been where you are and quit after 50 years of smoking. I did it by using a half a patch a day for 2 weeks and then went and saw my doctor. He put me on an anti-depressant-Wellbutrin- and I've never smoked again. I am still taking the Wellbutrin but it's worth it Bell.God Bless you, have faith and just 'do it' luv 'cuz you can.†

Good. Well done. Keep at it.
I have heard that for some people it is the absence of the cigarette in their hand and the action, that is their downfall. That is why that fake cigarette has worked for lots of people, and some people have used various selections of chewing gum to stop them wanting to keep putting the cigarette in their mouths. Their mouths are busy chewing and tasting something other than a cigarette. I hope you kick the habit. Well done for trying.

Bel, all the best of luck in your quitting smoking....
I know my sister-in-law reached the point where one day she just said that was it, no more smoking, and she never lit up again.
...(she used to "sneak" into the bathroom to smoke.
...)...you can do it, too!

Good luck...I had an awfultime giving up........I smoked for about 3 years
after I had given up....I tried tocheat and hide the fact from everyone. I now know I was only fooling myself and losing respect and credibility....they could smell it, see it, knew why I was disappearing. I felt trapped by myself.
but I couldn't stop until I really wanted to and I have never had one since that day.
Good luck God bless and my heart goes right out to you with this one.
