Life can go on for half a century without ever gnomeing what fascinating compact creatures may have been like in their native history, maybe like the ones with Snow White, but apparently more rugged.

I understand the Gnomes almost became instinct when a mutated Gnome

was born. I believe the BL is a descendent of that side of the Gnome family.

I simply love your gnome stories, mama Kabu .. keep them coming. I'll be out on Christmas Eve, looking under the snow lanterns, looking for them.

I don't think you should have brought sex into it Kabu I can't see any Gnomess exposing her body in that cold climate. I think perhaps you should rethink an otherwise plausible history story.  I can think of many reasons why this wouldn't have happened. Gnomes always seem frigid, rarely aroused always stand to attention. Otherwise I must congratulate you on a fine researched article.

The gnomes persevered through all of the adversity. Amazing it is that they are thriving in light of all that...

How fun to read.  Now I gnome ore about the little people that I ever have before.
I think you should give out samples of the stuff to all of your readers.  A little nugget would do fine.

Kabu, what a huge lot of information you've given us....
One could weave an interesting story, or stories out of it all.....dedicated, of course, to the Gnomes.....
