Did you get the tree up? Is it as nice as last year's?
BTW...What are the HABS? Is it an organization?

Sorry about the loss last night – I was rooting for the Habs, but it didn’t seem to help, LOL.
Of course tonight’s result was expected – I don’t know how anyone could have thought the Habs would beat the Leafs… but don’t let it spoil your weekend…

Sorry your team didn't win. I hate it when officials are the reason...
But maybe next time it will go your way. I haven't put up a tree for years. I have a small one that lights with fiber optics and that's enough. With nobody here but me 90% of the time, a couple wreaths and some sparkly lights is enough to brighten winter days. There are two French doors between living & dining rooms, and the window panes make a nice spot to show off holiday cards. And a concentrated spot for the cleanup afterward, too. Thanks for the smiles...

Well, as I said in one of my e-mails, it's about home ice and the home team gets the calls! I saw it, too and normally Detroit gets called for everything! If it had been called I believe the game would have ended much differently! Alas, we have next year and it will be in Montreal notwithstanding the possibility of Finals action! I hope you have a glorious time setting up the tree and getting in the mood of the holidays! And, I can't wait to see my son because it will get me going big time! Sorry you can't see the game tonight, but I will keep an eye on them for you! Detroit is in New Jersey so I will be flipping back and forth! Go Habs, sorry Naut, lol! sam
