I like your Haiku. We have hat wet, rainy weather here in Eastern, OR, and then it snows or gets icy in the morning.

Those rainy conditions can be so dangerous to go out in...I myself travel through windy roads and have to be especially careful along with many others...

The first part is beautiful in a frozen way...The second,  a little humor warms the scene up.
