Yep, and the sledding is gonna get a lot rougher...But you don't really expect honesty from any government, do you? At best, there are varying degrees of dishonesty...

I believe the government is pushing the inflation is dead issue so they can raise the cost of my medical care! It goes up every year and no increase in the SS check! I think you are very correct that the governments lie to their populace! What a tangled web they weave... sam

It is the same in England but the government has got everyone world wide with canned goods for storing in your little bunkers ha ha because they have end dates printed on them that only last a few years and preservatives are watered down. You hear about people who used to have canned stuff in the war and after the war it was still good to eat. Stuff goes off in cans now. Cans are different as well. England is a terrible place to be food prices are high, money is low and we keep hearing all the time how England is bailing out various other countries as they have gone bust but they arn't helping the one's that live here. People are told openly that when it comes to the time for them to retire there wont be any retirement pension. What ever they have had taken out of their pay for retirement will not be enough. And by the sound of it America is the same way. It is frightening stuff.

Chilling but truthful!

The wars - how many millions, billions? of tax payer monies have been paid and are continuing to be paid to our publicly declared "enemies" as bribes to give the appearance we are making progress, that we are "winning." So the fat cat military-ind. thieves can keep "contracting" aka looting. maiming and killing.
Makes no difference party or political view; the middle class and working poor are fodder for the criminal, in-power elite. I've believed for years that office holders are mere puppets, paid off handsomely by the unseen, real maestros. I just keep hoping, trying to see a way for a peaceful, bloodless revolution of we the people.

The government lies.......an understatement!!! Just as they lie about inflation, they lie about the true unemployment numbers. We welcome illegals and then pay them from our Social Security fund. We send them to school but will not send our own people. Something needs to change. And it needs to happen fast.
