I'm waiting to be enlightened - I've never heard of punch ball or stoop ball before...As to 'giving back', in my town there is an agency (volunteers, I think) that helps to get together organizations who need volunteers with people who want to volunteer...Maybe there's something like that in your neck of the woods...

I have no idea of punch ball or stoop ball...I though they must be American
games.......helping the elderly is the nicest thing that I believe that you can do. They are the forgotten group in society. Who cares about holding the hand of some one old and perhaps smelly? But we all need companionship and a friendly smile. Taking some hand cream and massaging old fingers is nice and gives you something to do while you are there.

Punch Ball Blues
Hi Tzippy..I think your idea of working with children, or older people, etc is a great idea.  It could be so rewarding.  And by the way I have heard of punch ball and played it in grammar school many, many, many moons ago!
