My dear Aba, I never thought of Experience being 'mindless' but when you add in the spontaneity of the action - it brings yes, just that 'action' to experience.  and with action (mindless? or ...)  comes reaction to my mind.  This blog of yours makes me whirl and twirl with many a thought...Of meditation and Yoga I should like to delve more into this when I can not be so active in my life - I have practiced only a very short time in my younger years; and today, because I've got such energy that I use daily in reaction to action from experience I don't take the time I need actually and I'm thankful God understands my heart and thoughts most time--- of:egolessness - and altruism go hand in hand, at least to me basically. Aba, I live life as fully as I can yet handle all the other in between with knowing I must simply - practice - relaxation - awareness (responsibility) and Respect and Honor to God and all His - I truly have to stop and remind myself sometimes that yes, I believe God's Spirit is in 'all' - in everything.  I must remind myself of this when a despicable act of unkindness runs across my experience in life and it is as a 'test' for me to practice 'unconditional' understanding into Love.  Ah --- but to me, life and living is 'complex' and simply, dear Aba, thank you for adding such a peaceful and thorough, yes thoughtful inspirational message to all by your blog here.  Ely sending you warm    and I pray you are feeling comfort from your loss even today.

This is what I believe through and through: Enlightened beings can appreciate and see in every single creation of God, God Himself.  Fine essay, too! Shelly
