Having you there was indeed a special blessing for them! Just caught up with all the posts--love the photos of Ireland.

Sweet... I always cry at weddings. I Can't help it. The last one I went to was a couple months ago up at my brothers, for his wife's daughter.... on a mountain, over looking a lake. It turned out to be a gorgeous day too.

RR, I know what you mean about weddings, they always come with blessings I know. The song I wrote on is a hymn "Renew Me O Lord" in case you want to listen to it.

it does sound like it was a blessed time..(no puns intended)...
times like these make up for those funerals and sad news occasions that come along in a rector's/pastor's life....

~ RRR - thanks for sharing the joy and love and the warmth this blog brought to me.  I enjoy weddings - I enjoy the Officiates as well.  I am certain you brought wonderful blessings to them.  I'm on for a bit this morning, promising to read ---- ----- it takes time to read all these wonderful blogs.  and the clock doesn't stop.  Elyse
