LOL! I know the feeling.
Facebook drives me crazy with "simple" spelling errors. I can handle typo's because we all have them...but simple words spelled very badly makes me crazy.

American English is most definitely a bastardized version of British English. Of course, in my opinion, both "versions" are completely different languages with slightly different grammar systems. I do know, however, that many would disagree.

Lol Jemmie! Another example of the stupidity of those who claim to know the English language! I was raised around Brits, so I sort of adopted their spellings and speaking mannerisms. Our English is definitely NOT the proper version of the language!
