Unbelievably, things like this still  happen in some homes in our 'advanced' countries. Yes, it makes you stronger, but what a price to pay!

What an impressive petty dictator and fool.  Glad you ever got away from him.  I hope he doesn't influence you at all anymore.  I don't understand how he got away with it all, but I know such things still continue to take place and lament them.
